Mission, Vision, & Values
I am an ISA Certified Arborist® (ISA CA®, PR-5403A), an ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (ISA TRAQ) Arborist, and a Certified Landscape Horticulturist Technician (CLHT) with over a decade of professional experience in the green industry.
My mission is to help municipalities and community partners build & foster greener, healthier, and more sustainable communities across Canada. By educating people about accepted, standardized practices used in the urban forestry & arboriculture industry, we can empower everyone with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to care for their urban forests in a sustainable way. Together, we can create more sustainable, beautiful landscapes that can enjoyed by all for many years into the future.

Tree J Consulting is located on the Lands of the Siksikaitsitapii First Nations of Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani, the Îethka Nakoda First Nations of Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Goodstoney, the Tsuut'ina Nation, the Métis of Alberta / Michif Piyii, the Očhéthi Šakówiŋ, the Nêhiyawak, the Dene, and the Ojibwe. We honour the Land, Peoples, Cultures, and Languages of those who were here before us, those who are here with us now, and those who will be with us in the future. We are forever grateful to be gifted the opportunity to be on this sacred gathering place and to actively engage in stewardship and giving back to this Land and its Peoples through inclusive, decolonized, and sustainable conservation practices.
